We are so grateful to you all for keeping our family in prayers. This has been a time of trial for us, but also a time where we have seen God’s mercy and goodness everyday.
Zachery's surgery was a success and is improving healthier everyday. Avery is doing very well.

( 0 / 0 )Rosemary Connell talked to Linda this morning. Following is her update -
Linda is at the Vanier Women's Detention Centre again and has had five or six court appearances. A court day for her is getting up at 5:00AM, all day in a small holding cell in the basement of the courts and returning to the jail by 6:30PM. Of the five court days three in a row and on one of those days was up in front of a judge three times.
She was sent for a psychiatric assessment but was returned with assurance that she was capable of trial. On one return to the jail she realized her bible and mail had been stolen.
Her trial is set for January 12, 2009 in Court room #504. She will have Dan Santoro representing her. Barring severely cold weather and dangerous driving we will do Show the Truth (street witnessing outside the court).
Please write to her as often as possible.

If you would like a return letter, write your return address on the envelope rather that using a return address label. Many times they remove labels (searching for drugs?). Please include pro-life materials and facts with your letters. The mail checkers will not let post-abortion pictures through but it is good for them to see them and read facts over and over again! Linda does get information about the developing baby in the womb and can always use them to talk to her fellow inmates.

On All Souls Day we ask God for mercy on those who have died. We pray for an ever deeper and abiding awareness of the steadfast love of God expressed through Jesus Christ. God's love made known in the Risen Christ is reason for our hope. (Carmen Diston, Toronto, ON)
